If you’re searching for items on spandooly and would like them to arrive before a specific date, you can filter your search results to only show items with spandooly Guaranteed Delivery. Here’s how:
Your search results will automatically refresh to show you all the items that match your selection.
After you buy an item, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your guaranteed delivery date. You’ll also see the delivery date in Purchase history in My spandooly and on your order details page.
If the item you bought with spandooly Guaranteed Delivery doesn’t arrive on time, you can tell us by selecting Let us know in your confirmation email. Then choose Report delivery issue on the order details page.
You can also find your item in your purchase history and select Report late delivery from the More actions dropdown menu.
You’ll need to let us know within 30 days of the guaranteed delivery date so we can make it right.
