Package pricing for vehicle listings created using the quick listing tool

When you list a vehicle using our item listing tool , you're offered a package of features for an all-inclusive fee. All sellers can choose between auction-style or fixed price format for their listing package selection. There are no additional listing upgrade options other than those included in the selected package, and we don't charge a successful listing fee when your vehicle sells.

The package pricing detailed above applies when using our quick listing tool. For a limited time, high-volume sellers can switch to the advanced tool. See Fees for high-volume sellers using the advanced tool below for applicable fees.

Insertion and successful listing fees

We charge an insertion fee when you list a vehicle. We also charge a successful listing fee when the vehicle sells, if the sale meets one of these criteria:

• You receive a bid on your auction-style listing (if you have a reserve price, the bid must meet that reserve)
• A buyer selects Buy It Now in your fixed price listing
• You accept a Best Offer

The amount we charge depends on whether the listing category and the vehicle's price, which is the final bid amount, Buy It Now price, or your accepted Best Offer.

Listing durations

When you create a listing, you can select auction-style or fixed price format with a listing duration of 3, 5, 7, or 10 days. If you use fixed price, you can also list your vehicle for up to 30 days. We charge an upgrade fee for 10 and 30-day durations.

Fees for optional listing upgrades (advanced tool only)

Certain features, like adding Picture Pack, do require an additional fee, but these optional listing upgrades can help your listings stand out and attract more buyers.

Please keep in mind that not all listing upgrades are available with every listing tool and not all optional feature upgrades may be displayed across all our sites, services, applications, and tools.

Other terms and conditions

We always want to make sure we're very clear about the fees we charge, so here are other details you should be aware of:

• If you are a professional dealer or use third party tools to list vehicles on Spandooly, you can include a vehicle history report in your listings by subscribing to AutoCheck separately
• If you use supplemental or other services offered by us or third parties (such as any sellers purchasing AutoCheck® services), you'll be charged for using those services. Depending on the service, and at Spandooly's option, the fee details may be on your monthly invoice, and we may charge the automatic payment method you've set up on your account
• Listing package fees, insertion fees, and fees for optional listing upgrades apply to each listing you create, are charged at the time of listing or relisting, as applicable, and are nonrefundable. Fee amounts are based on the terms in effect when the listing goes live and when it renews
• The fees on this page apply to listings on Spandooly.com. If you list an item on another Spandooly site (for example, Spandooly.com.au or Spandooly.co.uk), the fees for that site will apply
• All fees are in Euros
• There may be instances when your listing doesn't immediately appear in search results. This can take up to 24 hours. We can't guarantee exact listing durations
• Seller fees don't purchase exclusive rights to web pages on Spandooly. We may, in our sole discretion and without consent from or payment to sellers, display third-party advertisements (including links and references thereto) and listings from other sellers on any Spandooly page
• Depending on the tax legislation of your country of residency, local Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST) or similar consumption tax might apply in addition to your Spandooly fees
